Would you call the cops on someone you heard ate dogs?

If you knew of a family from Southeast Asia that seem to run through pets but you didn’t know them well enough to ask why. A family member of yours did know them better, and was at a BBQ they had where they served him a very tasty steak. Your relative asked what type of meat it was and was told he didn’t want to know. After much persistence they confided that it was dog. They would get free young dogs, (CL, and the classifieds I suspect) and fatten the animal up for many months then butcher it and eat it, which was common in their homeland. Just off that would you report them to the cops? Since you have no puppy carcass, would you remain silent not to stir trouble you can’t really proved happened?
