When figuring out calories for a homemade meal, how would you count the following situation?
I recently started watching my daily intake to make sure I’m not over eating. Most things have been straight forward, but I ran into something different this morning.
Making french toast, we coat the bread in an egg and milk mixture before placing on the skillet. How woud you determine the amount off mixture that ended up on each slice of bread? I simply divided the amount we had in the bowl by the number of slices of bread used. I’m interested to see if others have different ideas about how to handle this type of thing.
