Wow, that’s hard core. He should loose his job, that’s for sure. I don’t know how long it would take but I think it’s a sure thing at this point.

He may not ever be disbarred. Don’t apply American standards on another country.

Only if the court sides with rape victim, and that may not happen if the judge is related to the “trash mouth”!

He angered the Bar council and I assume that is analogous to a state Bar here. So, if he is disbarred then that would be the expected outcome.

They probably use a somewhat British model in legal affairs there.

That remains to be seen and I caught your culturally relativist answer above and I think the standards may not be as fa apart as relativism would allow.
