Can I air-out a men's suit in the dryer?

I have a suit I want to wear tomorrow night. It’s been in the closet for many months, and as is typical here in the tropics, it has a musty odor.

It is a fine suit and not a cheap one. It’s 100% Irish linen.

Can I put it in the dryer on a no-heat setting for about 20 minutes to air it out?

It’s hanging in the open room now, but I am not sure that 2 days of that will suffice to remove the odor.

I will, of course, be wearing a very loud aloha shirt with it.
