Do you stuff your turkey?

I have the yummiest stuffing that I put in the turkey and under the skin too. About 15 years ago my sister made a big deal out of how stuffing a turkey can cause salmonella poisoning and she refused to eat it. I don’t really see how it could develop salmonella unless it’s undercooked, so I still do it. We’ve never had an issue with any kind of food poisoning, at Thanksgiving or at any other time.
