Why would she be or not be an ”epic fail”?

disclaimer I know some of you don’t believe there should even be a site that cares about such matter, but there is. Since there is, it lends to comment or question what they believe is an “epic fail”. Right or wrong, the site exists and they have their standards.

On the Epic Fail Web site they classified her under fail, why, or why not would you agree she is an ”epic fail”?
