Does anyone have experience, good or bad with MVP for health insurance and/or an HMO?

I’m reviewing my health insurance choices for the next year. I buy my own insurance, so it’s not cheap. I’m with Excellus but just wondering if anyone out there had experience with either MVP or a HMO in general? MVP is a lot cheaper than my current plan. I’d like to hear some of your thoughts.
