Questy, Welcome to Fluther! As a future tip, please try to phrase your question in a succint, but complete sentence format. Without having any more information about what you are trying to do “in your yard”, I would say that radio frequency waves will not harm you and so you have nothing to worry about.

my internet connection is provided to my house through a receiver that is out in my yard on the roof of my shed. I have heard that this frequency has the ability to move water molecules. Knowing that we are made mostly of water I have to wonder about the safety of this technology.
