The space in the male abdomen that would house the uterus, ova, etc. in females, what is it used for in men?

I was viewing some anatomical illustrations the other day and I noticed that women seem to have space ion their abdomen for ”lady parts” and room for the growing child. That got me thinking, what is that space being used for in a man since there will never be a growing child there? It is like having available real estate but no way to ever build on it.
