Do your personal standards of hygiene differ if you are not planning to go out all day?

If you are planning to stay home all day, do you still take a shower? Do you put on “outdoor clothes” or do you wear more casual clothes (like sweats) around the house, if you’re not going anywhere? Whatever you do when you are going out, do you do the same hygiene routine when you are staying home?
