If we had a "Take your Jelly to work day", what jelly would you wish to job-shadow?

Either because it seems like they have a really interesting job, or because I think they are really interesting people, or because I can’t get a real grasp on the job they do without seeing it in action.

Mostly it’s a combination of those factors, and others.

Yeah, I’m going to post in Social, knowing we’ll be kicked to Meta, but I’d like to garner some interest before the question hits the hinterland.

Please note that there is no valid negative answer to this question. Tongue in cheek, certainly, but there’s no valid response that attacks another Jelly or rejects their life experience.
