When was the last time you had a really good PB&J or grilled cheese sandwich?

I know some people avoid them like the plaque believing they are kid’s food. As a snack a really good PB&J or grilled cheese hits the spot if done right; when the bread is grilled so it is not crunchy or hard and there is enough cheese to make a nice cheesy middle, butter in the bread before grilling helps. Or when the PB&J has the right amount of good creamy peanut butter, not too much to make it dry, but enough to give it that nice hearty peanut taste, and not have need of too much jelly (of course some will debate fruit preservers beat jelly), and with a chilled glass of milk. It has been a good while since I had a really good PB&J or grilled cheese sandwich, when did you last have a really good one?
