Why was this mother "outraged" that someone posted a picture of her breast feeding in public?

I mean, it’s just natural, right? Absolutely nothing wrong with it, right? So why the outrage?

Disclaimer: I breast feed in public through the whole second half of the 80’s. No one ever said a word to me. I also agree completely that it’s natural, and there is nothing wrong with it.
