Does Google provide any way for casual users to block (news) sources?

Google News search seems to be one of the most highly rated general news sources. I could improve on that considerably if I could eliminate crap like “NY Daily News”, Fox and Huff.

I don’t want my news slanted. I’d appreciate at least a nod to impartial.
