Most dogs don’t love getting bathed, having their nails clipped, or having wounds looked at.
How does your dog tell you to stop it? Does he whine, turn his head, tongue-flick? Does he growl or snap? Does he try to escape?
Do you notice different “degrees” of the same message, such as a warning stare followed by a growl?
