How different is Khatron Ke Khiladi from Fear Factor?

i don’t remember fear factor exactly, but it seems khatron ke khiladi has akshay kumar with about 10–12 bollywood actresses/models and trying to get them to do scary/freaky stunts. fear factor dealt with common people, not celebrities.
