Would the US be happier if future females could be genetically created not to have nipples until seven months pregnant?

It seems, at least in the US, that nipplephobes would champion an ability to prevent females from producing nipples until they were pregnant and have a future baby that would need them. These future women would just grow two mounds of flesh until pregnant with no nipple to be offensive. It doesn’t appear so much that the breast is seen, you can be near topless in public or on primetime TV so long as the nipple is unseen, but even fully clothed, if there is any hint of a nipple being there, it is obscene or offensive. Logically would not the problem be solved if females did not have nipples (at least in the US) until they actually needed them? Or should there be a law that all females in the US that don’t desire to be shackled in a bra must wear pasties or something to totally hide the existence of nipple of face a fine or loss of freedom?
