What are your thoughts on the catch line in this radio commercial for a barber?

I was waiting at the drive through when a commercial for a barber shop came on the radio. I guess it’s two women who own it, and were the voice over for the commercial, but they stressed barbering, not beautician (if it makes any difference to the question.)
After describing some of the stuff they can do perfectly (fades, lines, etc.) the final line was “If we can’t make you look good, you ugly!”
