Are ”likes" and laughs on YouTube so important as to risk injury?

It seems some items on YouTube that could be avoided are allowed to play out because they would be good for generating laughs or ”likes”. Now I know some people might think it is a toy car and not moving very fast but is that still any justification to seeing what will happen but letting the kid get ran over? What if it would have hit just right for causing some injury, even if a bad scrape, is the potential ’like” worth that? Or the embarrassment they kid might be exposed to way in the future because of it, since nothing on the web ever truly dies?
