What is the moderate amount of let's say, ingestible things?

You don’t need to stick to ingestible things, it can about anything. What is a moderate amount? It’s used a lot in everyday language, isn’t it?

Not too much, and not too little. So a moderate amount of wine would be more than zero, and less than getting shithammered.
