A friend's FB account was clearly hacked - what to do?

I got a friend request from someone I was already friends with. By mistake, I friended her again. Today I got a message from “her” using my middle name which I never use. I responded and corrected it and then got an obvious scam message. I didn’t respond and unfriended her. Is there a way to get the message to the real her somehow? I don’t have any other way to contact her.
