What kinds of things did the men discuss that allowed this person to understand the difference in sexuality between men and women?

A jelly shared a very interesting video of a woman who dressed and acted like a man for 18 months.
One of the things she realized is that “a women’s sexuality is mental. Men’s is a bodily function and they have to have it.”
That sounds true to me, but I never thought of it in terms like that before.
What kinds of things do men discuss among themselves (thinking she was a man) for her to come to that understanding?
