What do you think the NFL should do about Colin Kaepernick?

Should they sign him? Ignore him?

He’s not been picked up by a team and it’s being called a “white list” (play on the term “blacklist”).

Should the NFL bow to pressure from groups? Is the blacklist intentional or just coincidence?
