Has anybody tried to eat more healthy, recently?

What things are you doing differently? Are you cutting out certain items? Are you trying a “diet” of some sort? Are you adding in certain “healthy” items (like fiber from veggies, good fats from nuts, lycopene from cooked tomato, those kinds of things).
If you are eating more healthy, how long have you been doing it, do you feel any better, and have you lost any weight?
Do you plan to keep up your new healthy eating routine?
