Take it to Google Translate and you’ll see the Japanese. The answer format doesn’t accept it.

Apparently it means “Our Front Line March”. I Googled the romaji and found the Japanese text:

僕らの戦線行進曲

僕らの = bokurano = “our”
戦線 = sensen = “front; frontline”
行進曲 = koushinkyoku = “march”

I don’t always trust Google translate, but looking these words up on Wiktionary confirms it.
