I find it just an outline as each person wavers in between stages at times.
I suppose its subjective and it depends on the variables of a person’s life experience?

Mature Adulthood (Ages 50–80): Benevolence

I don’t have any children, but I have a great relationship with my niece and her daughter.

Considering that the stages of life are the same as the stages of grief, the last one.

Age wise I am right on the line of Midlife (Ages 35–50): Contemplation
and Mature Adulthood (Ages 50–80): Benevolence. I’d say as far as the descriptions I fall into the Midlife one though.

8. Early Adulthood

Despite the frequent characterization of adolescence as being the most fraught, confusing time, my adolescence was quite breezy, and it’s early adulthood that caused me the most trouble. Mostly from a lack of direction and a feeling that my best years are passing me by too quickly.

Early adulthood. I still have a loooooong way to go before the next phrase.
