What is the rudest customer service experience you've ever had?

I was trying and trying to get a hold of the doc who did my surgery because I had some concerns. I couldn’t get ahold of him, so I started tracking down someone who could help me—another doctor or medical professional.
I had two receptionists ask me what the problem is. When I told them they said, “Well, I don’t know what to tell you.”
I wanted to go down there and dismember them limb from limb.
