What would the climate be in each continent if Earth was opposite?

The Earth opposite is a reference to Attack on Titan opposite world. I am just curious, what would be the climate on each continent? I am planning a worldbuilding in the world for my fanfic story, it would be interesting to based on some facts of the world. Plus the climate and geography would be easier to help dictate the history of the world.

I mean like in the North Hemipshere is usually cooling while the South Hemisphere is hot. I may be mistaken here, plus I am not sure which part is a frozen wasteland like Siberia and how does North and South Pole works. Also the Earth rotation is opposite as sunset is in the East rather than the West.
