Should we run some sort of a lottery to bet on which of the 19 defendants in Trump's Atlanta election-stealing case will be booked first? And what order they'll be booked in?

Asked by elbanditoroso (33160points) August 21st, 2023

We could have some fun with this.

Will Trump be first to be booked and fingerprinted, and mug shot taken? Or last, or somewhere in the middle?

What about the photogenic Rudy Giuliani? Will the two of them go together?

They have until the end of the week. Who will be first and who will be last?

[I sort of hope Trump skips out so they can send some sheriffs after him and bring him in with chains around his arms.]

The smartest guy will go through the process early this week, you don’t want to wait while Trump gets booked and complains to everyone.

Knowing how Republicans cheat on everything, if someone makes book on who gets fingerprinted first, you know the bet would be rigged.

There is speculation today that Trump will show up for booking at the same time as the GOP Debate on FOX. to disrupt their coverage.

Will Rudy Giuliani have hair dye running down his face? Inquiring minds are wondering.

As of this evening, CNN says his lawyers have negotiated bond with a turn in date of Thursday although it doesn’t give even a hint of what time. I’m guessing that it will be fairly early since the debates will be Wednesday night & that will give him an excuse to NOT show!!!

His former lawyer John Eastman has negotiated bond, but no turn in date listed as yet.

I wonder if Trump puts down the $200K in cash or gets bail from one of those street-corner bond shops.

@LadyMarissa Trump already said he wouldn’t be at the debates. He said people should already know him from his presidency.

@elbanditoroso It is only 10 % so $20,000, but he has to sign a statement that he will not go on Social Media and bad mouth . . . the DA, Judge or witnesses !

He’ll be in jail the next day because he can’t shut his mouth ! ! !

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA !

Rice Street doesn’t serve Big Macs and diet Coke !

According to The Guardian, Scott Hall surrendered this morning.

Did anyone guess John Eastman? He and Scott Hall surrendered at the jail this morning, and are still being processed. Eastman’s bond set at $100,000.

I am sooooo over this stuff.
Just let the process happen.
Lock them up or make sure they never do any harm to society again.
