For me it’s blueberry skins.

When I was in grade school the Nuns told me that swallowing chewing gum takes 7 years to digest.
Catholic Guilt at it’s best.

A doctor said Paleo is the best way to eat because our bodies were made to process meat, fruits, veggies and nuts. Not chemicals, carbs, soda/sugar, etc… Or cow milk!

^^ Humans have evolved to be omnivorous, eating both animals and plants for survival. However, this evolutionary fact doesn’t mean that you have to eat meat. Being an herbivore was easy—fruits and vegetables don’t run away, after all.

@ForeverFree True. And I have noticed I personally feel better on paleo vegan, personally.
