The youngest is 13, but I can’t remember who it is.

Yeah, thirteen. That’s the age limit for the internets, unfortunately.

I am fourteen right now, sing to me on March 19th.

And oh so cute!!

@AstroChuck
Well what a big boy you are! Why don’t you have your mommy turn on spongebob and then get you a tall glass of chocolate milk and a fruit roll-up? :P

i want a fruit roll-up!
I am entering tantrum mode, in 3…2…1…

@astro: were you born on a leap year?

My mom and I have a friend who was born on February 29th. She just celebrated her 13th birthday. :)

Both Klaas# of the Netherlands and Aanuszek1 claim that they are 14 but I don’t believe them. They are clearly much older.

aanuszek1's avatar

Intro24 is 14 as well

@gail
I am 14. I am, I am, I am!

I believe you aanuszek1. When I was your age… dear god… 11 years ago… I would have loved this site and been able to answer many of the questions I do now the same way (well, you know what I mean. I couldn’t foresee the awesomeness of OS X back then… let a lone OS 8.)

I know some kids that are much wiser and far more intellectual then some adults. I used to know a 10yo boy that had such a wonderful insight on life, much better, much deeper, and much more profound then anything anyone I have ever know has had. He had no idea how to calculate simple fractions, or read all that well, but start to talk to him about life, and he would blow your mind.

By not knowing him any longer my life is much worse off and much more hollow.

Thank you for the kind words. It is places like fluther where I know my opinions will always be welcome, no matter how old I am. I love how my opinion, your’s, and gail’s for that matter will all be seen equally, no age bias included.

Heck, you can spell, and form coherent sentences, that is good enough for me! Much better then most people I know, especially the ones that play WoW.
I have never seen you reply with a response that involved letter, numbers, and symbols in the same word.

hehehe

asmonet's avatar

@jt: I completely agree.

@aan: When I was fourteen I was desperately seeking a place to converse with people who wouldn’t treat me like a child or let the conversation devolve into high school politics.

That took me back, it really reminded me of some of my journals from around the same age as you, I hope you find the kind of people in your real life that I eventually did. if this is you at fourteen, let’s see what you can do at 20.

My daughter, Flyawayxxballoon, is also 14. She hasn’t been on much since school started, though.

Fantastic! I would give you double lurve if I could! I love to see parents taking interest in their children and vis-versa!
