Windows Vista Help?

I set my computer to run a single program in 256 colors and once I closed the program it didn’t go back to normal, like it usually does. Normally, I could just find the settings on my own, but I can barely see anything like this because of the Vista color schemes. I can’t remember where to go to change it back. Help! :)

I do believe you right click on the .exe and then properties; something like that?

Nah, that’s what I did to change it to 256, the problem was that after I closed the program, it didn’t automatically return to normal. But thanks for taking a moment. :)
