Anyone know where I can get a silver bow ring like this...?

So nearly a year ago I mentioned my boyfriend I may want this ring for christmas. I told him I was going to go to the Built by Wendy shop as I had no idea what size ring I was. Anyway, I never had the chance to go to the shop so he ended up getting me an iPod touch and I forgot about the ring.

I was just recently reminded of it and would love to get one like it. builtbywendy.com no longer sells it :( Any ideas where I could get this ring or one like it?

we used to make these in my jewelry art class years ago when they really taught art in Jr. high. You could take a picture of it to a jewelry that specializes in silver, or maybe even an arts festival if you have any of those in your area. It would be fairly simple to make, with the proper tools.
