What do you make out of your food?

I was watching (well, actually aiding) the evolution of another discussion into an off-topic survey of woggly bits and saw that several Flutherites seem to be architects with their food. Do you build anything out of the food on your plate before consuming it? Do you have any other dimensional food rules in addition to not letting certain things touch, or eating things in even numbers (they taste better that way, really) or in particular order? If you do anything not considered, well, normal, with your food before eating it. what do you do?
