Anyone had Malware that touts itself as Spyware Protect 2009?

I am currently working on a project at work and my computer just started flinging a bunch of bullshit at me trying to get me to sign up for “Spyware Protect 2009.”
Someone on Twitter had the same problem, but no answers for me. Does anyone out in the Fluther-sphere know how I can get rid of this garbage?
