How do I reset the little scroll bar of "newborn" questions?

As I've scrolled down through "newborn" questions, on the right.. and now it only shows the ones from about a week ago, and won't let me scroll "up" per se. Any suggestions?

You can keep scrolling down until the whole thing resets. We're working on re-doing this section.
