How do i take a photo from a website and put it on my facebook?

1. i want to take a portrait taken of my daughter at the local department store (they give thumbnail previews of all the shots) and put it on my facebook.
2. i want to take a photo from my union website (amateur photo) and put it on my facebook.
for both photos, it would either be in “album” or for my main photo of myself. how do i do it?
