Where can I find a free iPhone video converter for my Mac?

DVD to iphone try Handbrake (handbrake.m0k.org). Other stuff, try iSquint (www.isquint.org). Or, drop $20 and get VisualHub, which is better, easier, faster and works on pretty much any video format.

I will second iSquint. I use it all the time to put stuff on my iPod Nano and it has always worked.

Another voucher for iSquint from me. Its simple, free, and works great. All you can ask for.
