Have a meeting with your group and vote to see what they want to do.

get them involved in an activity that will benefit the community. Right now, with the economy the way it is, the community can use the help.
For example, in our area, budget cuts have forced the city and county to look at closing public parks. We’ve had several community organzations ‘adopt’ a park to keep it open. They have organized to make sure the lawns are cut, flower beds are tended to, etc.
A similar move is underway to keep our libraries open.
