Do I have a cold or bronchites?

I was wondering if i have a cold or bronchites?My symptoms are coughing up mucous, really bad cough, sore throat and sore chest from coughing and i have had all of these symptoms for a week any ideas what to do to help make me feel better?

ye it’s strep throat he gave me some antibiotics and told me to take all of them and to stay home tell i feel better.
