Where can I find a cheap shoe manufacturer?

I have a concept for a shoe that I want to make and import to Australia. Does anyone know where the most cost-effective country would be to produce them? I have some prototypes already made that I want to send off to be mass produced but really have no idea where to start….can anyone help?

Depending on where you live try looking in the yellow pages under “shoe manufacturers” Otherwise use the internet and type in “cheap shoe manufavturer” in the search box.
