Can I send video MMS on my iPhone 3G?

Now that MMS is up and running, is there anyway to send video clips from a iPhone 3G? Possibly a podcast or a video from the web. I honestly dont really have anything I need to send at the moment. Just curious if the video portion is something restricted to only the 3GS.

The only problem is that only about half the photos my buddy sent me arrived.
I guess it drops them somehow.

I was told that AT&T subscribers with other phones have complained of the same.
