Is there a Mac OS X or web based email word frequency counter?

I want to analyze the contents of my Sent Mail folder to see which words I use most frequently.

You could try this

It is kinda clunky and will take a few minutes to figure out. It won’t list the words you use most but you can supply it with a word and it will tell you how many times you used it.

Not perfect but but it could help. This would be doable with some scripting but I don’t want to write one.
