How do I transfer pics from Aperture to iPhoto?

I recently purchased Aperture and can’t figure out how to edit pics and save them to iPhoto, which I still use.

Currently, I’m saving them to the desktop, then importing them to iPhoto. There’s got to be a better way. Any suggestions?

I have had to do the same thing. I’ve yet to discover a more direct route and I’ve been using Aperture for close to a year.

It’s really ham-handed considering they’re both made by Apple. A new version of Aperture is suposedly coming soon – hopefully this will be one of the (many) improvements.
