Is it okay to eat fruit with a bit of mold?

I bought some strawberries yesterday and tonight I went to go cut some and put them in a fruit salad.. when I found one strawberry with a bit of fuzzy mold on it.
I threw that one away, and was curious.. just because one had a tiny bit of mold on it.. is it okay to wash the rest off and eat them? Or should I be weary and throw them out?
