How hard is it to get into Rutgers University?

I graduated from highschool with a little above average grades (B’s and C’s, honor roll first two marking periods), never took the SAT’s and ACT’s, did some community service in the key club, and was in SkillsUSA Junior Year of HS.

I’m taking the ACT’s this December, and for spring semester I have remedial classes (English, Reading and Math) but I hope to take summer courses also so by the time I get into Fall Semester of 10’ I will be in 101 classes. I hope to take 2 semesters at BCC (Burlington County College) and transfer into Rutgers for the fall of 11’.

I’ve gotten mixed messages about getting into Rutgers and was just wandering if some people could tell me if it is really hard or what. Keep in mind I’ll be transferring.
