What are the repercussions of not giving you children the standardized vaccinations?

I have serious hesitation on giving my kids the rest of the vaccinations after hearing the things that are in them. Also a close family friend was paralyzed from the waste down because of them. I just don’t know if there are going to be any drawbacks, i.e. school, traveling, etc.
