If everyone was rich who outside of foreign labor would do the "dirty jobs"?

Everyone is now a multi-millionaire. Who will do those jobs that has to be done but no one likes to do them, the “dirty jobs?” Who would bus the tables, flush the sewers, drive the porta-potty truck to the festival or concert, work the slaughter house, drive the cab, lumberjack the timber, clean up the offices, make the sandwiches, follow the circus elephant with the shovel etc? Many in those jobs only have them because they were not rich and they needed a job. Some of them got stuck in those jobs because by the time they found something else they gained promotions, more pay, they had families and could not risk starting over. But if they were suddenly millions of dollars rich they would not keep doing them, but if everyone else was rich also who would do them? And if no one did those jobs if enough foreign labor could not be imported to do it (because they would be the only ones who most likely would want to do it) what would day to day life be like?
