What does everyone think about Quora?

I just read about a new “realtime” Q&A site started by the original CTO of Facebook:
http://www.readwriteweb.com/archives/facebooks_1st_cto_launches_his_next_company_screen.php

Looks interesting, seems to have a bunch of features Fluther had years ago!

The site as a whole doesn’t look too ‘warm’ and ‘friendly’. But the features look good.
