untill you can find a studio to practice in i would advise learning what you can with the resources you have, even the slightest inprovement in your abilities will make a big diffirence. there should be some online courses available also, cinncinatiis big on hiphop period, im surprised your having trouble finding a studio that teaches hiphop dance , maybe the y.m.c.a’s out there could offer a class or too.
